Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the Terms of Service, forming an integral part thereof. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement shall prevail. This Agreement is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

If you subscribe to or use the auto-renewal subscription service of PriceCopilot ("the app") (the "Auto-Renewal Service"), you are deemed to agree to this Agreement.

1. Service Description

1.1 Overview of Auto-Renewal: The Auto-Renewal Service means that, upon your authorization, we or the relevant payment channel (such as Apple App Store, WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.) automatically deducts the corresponding fee from your account at regular intervals to extend your subscription period.

1.2 Deduction Mechanism: If you activate this Auto-Renewal Service and do not actively and explicitly cancel it within the subscription period, the relevant party will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from your bound account before each subscription period expires (usually within 24 hours before expiration).

1.3 Subscription Cycles: You may choose from different auto-renewal cycles (such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.), subject to the options actually provided on the subscription page.

2. Price and Adjustment

2.1 Price Display: When you activate the auto-renewal service, the subscription page will clearly display the service fee for each subscription cycle.

2.2 Price Adjustment: We have the right to adjust service prices. If we intend to adjust the service price at the time you activated the auto-renewal service, we will notify you in advance through appropriate means (including but not limited to in-app announcements, website notices, emails, etc.). If you do not agree to the adjustment, you may cancel the Auto-Renewal Service; if you do not cancel, the subsequent deducted fees will be based on the adjusted service fees.

3. Guide to Cancel Auto-Renewal

Important: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must complete the cancellation yourself according to the instructions for the corresponding channel below.

Regardless of how you subscribed, we usually cannot directly cancel subscriptions on your behalf (especially in the case of subscriptions via Apple App Store). Please follow the instructions for the corresponding channel below.

3.1 Apple In-App Purchase (Apple IAP)

Cancel on macOS:

  1. Open System Settings on your Mac.
  2. Click your Apple ID (your name at the top).
  3. Click Subscriptions.
  4. Find PriceCopilot in the subscription list.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Alternatively, open the App Store app → click your account icon → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage.

Cancel on iOS / iPadOS:

Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find PriceCopilot → Cancel Subscription.

If not canceled at least 24 hours before the subscription period expires, it will be automatically renewed and charged.

3.2 WeChat Pay

  • Path: Open WeChat → "Me" → "Services" → "Wallet" → "Payment Settings" (bottom) → "Auto-Renewals".
  • Operation: Find the item for PriceCopilot or the Service Provider, tap to enter and select "Turn off Service".

3.3 Alipay

  • Path: Open Alipay → "Me" → "Settings" → "Payment Settings" → "Password-free Payment/Auto Debit".
  • Operation: Find the item for PriceCopilot or the Service Provider, tap to enter and select "Turn off Service".

4. Cancellation Time Limit and Impact

4.1 Cancellation Time Limit: To avoid automatic deduction for the next subscription cycle, you must cancel the auto-renewal service at least 24 hours before the current subscription cycle expires. If you cancel after this deadline, the deduction for the next cycle may still occur, and the deducted fees will not be refunded.

4.2 Impact After Cancellation: After canceling the auto-renewal service, your current subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and will not be automatically renewed thereafter. Canceling auto-renewal does not cause you to immediately lose subscription benefits.
